Should pre-flow time be included?
Yes. Gas used before the reading stabilizes is part of actual consumption.
Why add a waste allowance?
Connections, regulator venting, purging and incomplete cylinder use can increase real consumption.
Does the cylinder count include reserve stock?
No. The result only rounds the calculated annual volume up to whole cylinders. Add operational reserve separately.
Can one mixed-gas cylinder test several channels?
Often yes, if the instrument, regulator and gas mixture are compatible. Follow the instrument and gas supplier instructions.
